ODD-PAGE PDF EXTRACTOR · BROWSER-FIRST

Extract odd pages from a PDF

Keep pages 1, 3, 5 — and every odd page after.

Create one PDF containing only the odd-numbered pages, kept in their original order. Useful when a document or scan needs the odd-page set separated from the rest.

ODD-PAGE EXTRACTION

A quick way to isolate one half of a document.

Odd-page extraction keeps page 1, page 3, page 5 and so on, up to the last odd-numbered page in the source. It produces one PDF containing that selected set, rather than one file for every odd page.

DUPLEX WORKFLOWS

Separate alternating sides

Useful when a scanning or document workflow has grouped front-side pages and you need the odd-numbered sequence alone.

REVIEW

Check one page sequence

Review odd-numbered pages independently without manually selecting them one by one from a long PDF.

PRINT PREPARATION

Prepare an odd-page set

Create a PDF containing the odd pages for a workflow that handles alternating pages separately.

Example: a 9-page PDF

Odd-page mode includes the following source pages in one result PDF.

Source pages→1 · 2 · 3 · 4 · 5 · 6 · 7 · 8 · 9
Odd output→1 · 3 · 5 · 7 · 9

Load the source

Choose your PDF. Use the live preview to confirm the page order and the total page count.

Select Odd pages

This page preselects odd-page mode after the PDF is loaded. Pages remain in source order.

Download the result

SplitPDF creates one PDF with the odd pages. Save that file or return to the studio to process the even pages separately.

Important: this mode creates an odd-pages PDF only; it does not create odd and even outputs simultaneously. To make the other set, switch to Even pages and run the split again.

ODD-PAGE FAQ

Odd pages, clearly explained.

Which pages are considered odd?

Pages are counted from the PDF's page order starting at 1, so the odd pages are 1, 3, 5, 7 and so on.

Does each odd page become its own PDF?

No. This mode creates one PDF containing all odd-numbered pages in their original order. Choose Every page if you need one output file per source page.

Can I get odd and even pages in separate files at once?

The current studio runs one parity mode at a time. Run Odd pages, then switch to Even pages and process the source again for the second file.

How do I extract other specific pages?

Use custom page groups to choose individual pages and ranges.
